I think the Standards of Movement for this one should be pretty simple folks. Also, I thought this picture was pretty fitting for Maura, since she takes care of children and wanted to flip tires outside.

ReplyDeleteDid this one yesterday morning. Started to get some muscle fatigue on the last round of push-ups. Finished in 5:04 I think. It was a nice little burner...good programming Maura!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'd just like to say that moving forward, we need to keep these Challenges as easy to complete from a logistics standpoint as possible. I think between the Open WODs and the past two Challenges involving multiple implements, we've seen a serious drop in participation.
I'm doing it tomorrow morning most likely.. for me it's just a time constraint... I'm loving it though!
